“DADAGERI” OF GOA GOVERNMENT
By using her prime ministerial brute power’s “dadageri” and taking advantage of all the “ghantta boil” in her Cabinet and Congress Party, Indira Gandhi in 1975 introduced EMERGENCY in India. By introducing Emergency rule in India with the false pretext that the security of the country is at stake she suppressed all the civil liberties and silenced the mouth of Indian judiciary which earlier at Allahabad High Court under the Chief Justice Sinha unseated her from her Parliamentary Seat for using fraudulent methods to win her election against Raj Narain. By using this method Indira Gandhi proved to be worst than Hitler because she not only introduced draconian Emergency Rule in India but by using this Emergency she trampled under her dirty feet all the civilized norms of the democratic society of India even by arresting all the top leaders of India including Gandhian Jayprakash Narayan who were opposing her.
Almost in a similar manner, Goa Government of Congress Party of Indira Gandhi’s daughter-in-law Italian born Sonia Gandhi, under the leadership of Chief Minister Digambhar Kamat, introduced a coup in its Cabinet and passed a decree superseding the verdict of Supreme Court of India. This apex court of India in its landmark judgment ordered a portion of Hotel Cidade de Goa to be demolished because it was built illegally by breaching all the rules and regulation by the Timblos. Now, in order to save the industrialist Timblo, Kamat Ministry in Goa used its brute might to negate the verdict of Supreme Court. This shows how stupid Kamat Ministry acted in Goa against the court verdict. By acting thus, Kamat Ministry created a precedent to over rule the court verdict in which case the decision of the courts could be easily eradicated by the brute minded Government. As it is, government machineries are manned many times by the stupid Ministers and to correct their stupid actions Judiciary is acting as watchdog. If the power of this watchdog is scissored then what is the fate of law abiding citizens? In this case, surely might will rule over right and weak people will suffer.
In order to save her Chair Indira Gandhi invalidated Allahabad High Court verdict and to save a portion of Cidade de Goa Hotel, Digambar Kamat deleted the verdict of Supreme Court of course with the help of all his “ghantta boil”colleagues who became the voluntary partners in his crime. By doing this mischief, Goa Government has set a very bad example for future Governments to pass legislations to suit their needs to the discomfort of law abiding citizens and to the judiciary. Goa Government of Congress Party under the leadership of Digambar Kamat is become arrogant and insensitive to the saner voice of citizens who are condemning this decree of over ruling the court verdict. Timblo must be laughing at Kamat and his Cabinet for voluntarily surrendering to his wishes like slaves. These are modern day slaves and not medieval period slaves when slavery was a forced slavery while modern day slavery is a voluntary slavery done thru sexual or financial bribery. Our Government and Ministers are prone to such sexual and financial bribery.
From this episode one can rightly judge that India is sucked only by the top business magnets who are not only on rampage to exploit the poor Indian but also rich Indian ecolgy. By demolishing the part of his Hotel would Timblo lose Heaven? With his financial power he could easily build so many business empires and relocate the affected staff. Secondly by accepting the court verdict he could easily gain goodwill and remain a great patriot thereby setting a very good example for others too. By surrendering to the will of the court Timblo could prove his great love for India but by playing tricks with the help of Goa Government, Timblo proved how unfaithful and unpatriotic Indian he is. He has created a history for posterity to condemn him for going against the judicial system and thereby to create a lawlessness situation in Goa where brute might of the legislators will destroy the civilised rights of the citizens.
In order to teach a very good lesson to Digambar Kamat and his Congress Party, one nice opportunity is coming to the door steps of Goans. This opportunity is the forthcoming Parliamentary Election in the next month. If Congress suffers a set back in this election, Kamat will have no regret because he is not a genuine and true Congressman. He like a flirt jumped into Congress Party from BJP and if at all he is there in Congress Party now it is only for his personal benefit. He got no principle and because he is an unprincipled man he is jumping from one party to another – a la Churchill Alemao. Now, in the coming election, right minded Goans must join together and give a loud call to all the Goan voters and voters with right thinking minds NOT TO VOTE FOR CONGRESS CANDIDATES. By using this method, let us defeat both the Congress candidates in the coming election and thereby weaken the power of Kamat and his ministry and shake the power of Congress Party at the Centre. This is the only chance for all of us to show the VOTERS POWER to the political Party and to the Government that ignore the sentiments of the people and suppress the rule of law. Let us now show the “DADAGERI” of the voters to defeat the “GOONDAGERI” of Goa Government and its Cabinet decision. Let us all unitedly make a resolution to defeat Congress Party that was foisted on us by our selfish leaders.
In the name of democracy and secularism Congress is fooling us, Congress is cheating us. In the name of socialism, Congress is robbing us. At our cost Congressmen are become Maharajas and living like Kings. Every Congressman from the ruling Congress party has failed to live like a common man, he refuses to identify himself with the common men and common women and yet he claims to be the promoter of Ghandian socialism. My foot.!! These “Chor” Congressmen have got no right even to utter the immaculate and upright name of Ghandiji. Every time they utter the name of Ghandiji they are murdering Bapuji again and again. Congress culture is the "Chor and Dadageri" culture. They are sucking the blood of the poor in India to amass wealth for them and for their family members. Unfortunately, no one will survive to enjoy the benefit of his ill gotten wealth. Ultimately they and their families as a curse will suffer in their lifetime only.
The greatest advantage of Democracy is the power of the voters to decide their own fate by electing the right candidates from the right party. The power of people that is “DEMOS KRATIA” will now come on to the fore. Let every right minded Goan use this power of voting to eradicate the brute might of Goa Government. Let every Central Government emissary of Congress Party know the sentiments of the Goan voters against Kamat Ministry’s decision of trampling under his feet the ruling of the Supreme Court. Let all the NGO’s, Social Workers, religious leaders especially Church leaders ask the people to fight against this menace of “Might is Right” policy of Kamat Ministry. Church in Goa is occasionally issuing statements to uphold the sense of justice. Let the same Church now ask the faithfuls to oppose the Congress candidates in the coming election and thereby force the Goa Government to amend its own nasty ways in order to uphold the sense of justice and to support the weak and common person.
